With the Easter Bank Holiday approaching, make sure you’re prepared!
It’s important to order any repeat medications in advance as pharmacies are extra busy around Bank Holidays and opening hours may be different.
The pharmacies listed below are expected to be open during the Easter holidays. While details are correct at the time of publishing, opening times may change, so it’s best to contact the pharmacy before visiting to confirm availability and stock.

Just a reminder…
Your local pharmacy can offer expert advice on medications, help you manage health conditions, and provide free face-to-face support. Through the Pharmacy First service, pharmacists can now treat a range of common conditions without you needing to see a GP first, including:
Impetigo (aged 1+)
Infected insect bites (aged 1+)
Earache (aged 1–17)
Sore throat (aged 5+)
Sinusitis (aged 12+)
Urinary tract infections (UTIs) (women aged 16–64)
Shingles (aged 18+)

Get medical help with NHS 111
NHS 111 can also be used for less-urgent health concerns to get advice and information based on their individual specific symptoms. The service is available 24 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays, and can be reached online at 111.nhs.uk or over the phone by calling 119.
In an emergency
People experiencing a genuine, life-threatening health emergency, such as heavy bleeding, significant chest pain or loss of consciousness should seek help straight away by calling 999 or by visiting the nearest hospital emergency department.
